Heat pump technology is one of the key technologies for the energy transition. Especially in the residential sector, heat pumps are already making an important contribution to the decarbonization of the energy supply by harnessing the unlimited ambient heat for heating or hot water production. However, this well-known and proven operating principle also demonstrates its strengths on a larger scale.
