About us
Biogas plants for paddy straw, napier grass, straw based manure and all other fibrous feedstock is Snow Leopard's expertise based in Germany. With over 25 years of experience in Biogas, we have built over 50 plants in more than 15 countries on 4 continents.
We build high performance & highly flexible biogas plants with hyperthermophilic pre-treatment for fibrous feedstock and energy rich feedstock.
Currently, we are building CBG plants based on paddy straw + Napier Grass in India with a capacity of 3; 5; 7,5 and 20 tpd CBG and for a Spanish utility a biomethane plant for grid feeding based on manure and straw with a capacity of 16 tpd.
Quality, reliability, and efficiency is key to our and our custe mess success.

SLP Biogas Plants with hyperthermopilic high-load tanks
have highest biogas yield
can process even the most difficult feedstock as paddy straw, Napier, EFB, slaughterhouse waste, etc.
are easy to operate
We achieve these results by mocking the cow digestion. The paunch of a cow is our hyperthermopilic high-load tanks. In this tank we break down the hardest fibre and can cope the highest organic loads from slaughterhouse waste.
With this front-end Hyperthermopilic high-load tanks we created a 2-stage digestion system (cow digestion), while most of the biogas plants run on single stage (pig digestion).
SLP 2-Stage Biogas Plants with Batch Hydrolysis are ideal for
Napier grass to digest the fibre and even part of the ligno-cellulose
Rice straw, grain straw, maize straw
Pomace from fruit juice factories to cope with the acidity
Palm oil waste to crack the EFB fibres
Cocoa factories to digest the husk
Slaughterhouse to digest the waste and manure
