MBJ Sun Simulator - Inline
The MBJ LED Sun Simulator inline is made for a 100% testing of modules in the production line. It is available in different sizes: for modules based on cell sizes from M0 - M6, for modules with M10 or M12 cells, or in the even larger MAX version. All sun simulators have a TÜV Rheinland certified LED unit according to the new standard IEC 60904-9 Ed.3 with wavelengths also in the UV and infrared range.
MBJ Sunlike Lab
This sun simulator has a sunlight-like LED light source with 32 different LED types and is designed for flash operation up to 500 ms and for continuous light operation.
An electroluminescence system with switchable filters is built into the sun simulator to measure top and bottom solar cells of tandem modules separately.
The integrated climate chamber with a temperature range of 15°-75°C completes the system.
MBJ Quickcheck
he MBJ Quickcheck enables a quick luminescence test of installed modules in normal inverter operation of installed PV modules. No intervention in the electrical installation is needed. The compact system can be operated by one person.
MBJ Mobile Lab
The MBJ Mobile Lab is designed for use directly in the field. The new, even more compact, system offers an A+A+A+ LED Sun Simulator Ed. 3 for power and IV curve measurement and a high-resolution electroluminescence inspection in one. Integrated, e.g. in a van or a container, you have many important measurements directly on site. With the MBJ Mobile Lab you can reliably find low-power modules, hidden defects (micro-cracks, inactive areas etc.) and defective diodes.
